Dean of Administration, Radiation Safety Academy. Responsible for all administrative functions of a
training facility that routinely provides over 80 sessions for 20 different classes and workshops annually.
These courses cover a variety of radiation safety topics for Radiation Safety Officers, radiation workers,
EH&S personnel, HAZMAT responders, medical doctors, and technicians, etc... Those responsibilities include
managing a computer database system that tracks student registrations and payments as well as documents
completion of training including examination results. As the Dean of Administration,
Mr. Johnson is also responsible for training facilitation which includes producing, stocking, and distributing
student training materials; ensuring faculty have all necessary training materials, learning aids, and that
the presentation equipment is in proper operating order; and delivering exceptional hospitality to trainees.
Mr. Johnson provides similar administrative service for each of the 20 or so training courses conducted
annually at client facilities. |

Aviation Planner, HNTB Corporation. Airport planning and design, environmental impact and airport
operations analysis. Performed computer based analysis and wrote technical reports to present the findings to
airport sponsors, the FAA, and the public. Assisted in the development of successful multimedia marketing
proposals that used large screen projections of computer-based slide shows and animations combined with video
and sound. Participated in software design team as an expert user to ensure industry development of a
successful user interface and valid presentation of output for both technical reporting and non-technical
public presentation. |

Associate Director of Admissions, Florida Institute of Technology. Recruiting and enrollment of
students for the School of Aeronautics. Implemented unique recruiting strategies and interview techniques to
improve quality while increasing enrollment and retention of students with strong academic backgrounds. |

Business Manager of family retail sales business. Established financial system and controls, implemented
operational policies, hired and trained dependable staff. Prime factor in expansion resulting in 250% increase
in sales. |

produced 4% increase in profits through the accurate forecast of sales, proper use of manpower, and effective
