Operations Manager, Radiation Safety Academy. Manages daily activities of health physics consulting
contract with the National Institutes of Health (NIH). Directs a team of health physicists in the performance
of routine surveillance of active radiation labs for contamination and dose rate, emergency response
activities, radiation instrument repair and calibration, sample preparation and laboratory analysis in
radiation counting lab, decontamination and decommissioning of laboratories and patient care areas, and
supervising of hot-lab procedures utilizing high quantities of potentially volatile radioactive material.
Coordinates with the Academy QA Manager for the contract to ensure performance of timely and high quality work
by the HP staff. Tracks task completion and responsible for the correct reporting and documentation of
activities under the contract. Responsible for purchasing and other administrative requirements for the field
office at NIH. |

Independent Real Estate Agent, Weichert Realtors. Responsible for running a small business from
home as an independent agent. This involves approximately 10 – 15 hours per week on nights and weekends. Also,
work in Weichert office answering phones, keeping computer records of clients and properties up to date. Enter
data in to the MRIS Realtor database for the purposes of listing and selling homes. |

Data Entry Processor and Landscape Foreman, Hughes Landscaping & Supply. As the Data Entry
Processor entered, verified, and reported on vehicle and power equipment data for purposes of fiscal
management. Responsible for updating and allocating identification numbers, collection of receipts and
invoices for data entry and filing, and preparing a yearly expense report. Entered historical data into system
as database was created and was responsible for data validity. As Foreman, delegated tasks to be performed at
each job site, managed time to be sure each member of the crew worked efficiently to achieve excellent quality
and to document labor performed and materials used at each job site to be submitted at the end of each day for
billing. |

Ski Technician, Vail Resorts. Responsible for greeting customers and directing them to fill out
liability information forms, collection of forms and entry of data into the database, using the database
reports to select proper ski/snowboard size, and to properly adjust and calibrate bindings. Maintained
database to ensure all items were returned in good working condition. |

Clerk / Assistant Manager / Assistant to Owner, Bellevue Tavern. Responsible for inventory
management with a self-created computer database, restocking and purchasing inventory for store and
restaurant, handling customer orders, related problems. Responsible for all cash and credit card transactions,
batch adjustments and close-out requiring rapid and accurate entry of data. Totaled all incoming receipts and
dispensed tips to staff. Coordinated banquet functions by collecting deposits, creating menus, and arranging
for entertainment. |
