Radiation Regulations, Licensing, Inspections, and Compliance3-day workshop, US$ 1,095 This workshop includes an extensive review of all pertinent Federal and State Regulations, including those of the NRC, DOT, EPA, OSHA, and FDA as well as individual State regulations for radioactive materials and radiation producing machines (the Radiation Safety Academy has a collection of regulations from all States and Canada). This regulations review will focus on licensing requirements, how to prepare a license application and make amendments, how to set up and operate an effective radiation safety program, how to prepare for inspections, and how to deal with compliance issues. Participants will receive an extensive training manual, a Regulations Handbook for Radiation Professionals, selected Regulatory Guides, and a copy of their individual State regulations. |
