Licensing, Applications, and Amendments
The Radiation Safety Academy can prepare your Nuclear Regulatory Commission or Agreement State application for
a license to possess radioactive materials. Our knowledge and experience preparing license applications means that
you won't have to waste additional months responding to requests from the regulators for more information. We will
incorporate the essential information into the application the first time, saving you valuable time. You also

Radiation Safety Academy application preparation includes:
- Completion of NRC or Agreement State application form
- Communication with NRC or Agreement State regulators to track the progress during the license application
evaluation process
- Preparation of your Radiation Safety Program Manual
- Preparation of all Standard Operating Procedures relevant to your radiation safety program
- Discounted initial Radiation Safety Officer training for your RSO
- On-site initial radiation worker training prior to receipt of license, as appropriate
