Regional

The Radiation Safety Academy is located in Gaithersburg, Maryland which is a suburb of Washington, DC. If you are flying into the area you could book an airline flight into any of the three major airports in our area Washington Reagan/National, Washington Dulles, or Baltimore-Washington International (BWI).

National is connected to the Metro subway system. The Metro is a clean, safe, efficient way to get from the airport to any of our preferred hotels. Travel time from Dulles or BWI by car or cab is approximately 60-minutes during rush-hour or 30-minutes during other times.

Local

If you are attending a class or visiting our training center, we are located at 481 N. Frederick Ave, Suite 302 in the AOAC International Building and can be easily accessed from I-270. Taking Exit 11 (11 miles north from the Washington Capital Beltway (I-495) onto Rt 124 (which becomes Montgomery Village Ave) heading east. At the traffic light turn right onto Rt 355 / Frederick Ave. Turn left at the next traffic light onto Lakeforest Blvd. Turn right at the driveway into the parking area on the right.

We are located in the AOAC International and Sovereign Bank Building.
